Rich entered the life brokerage business in 1989. As an active member of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agency’s (NAILBA) along with other associations, R. Lovett Brokerage was founded in 1991. In January 2003, R. Lovett Brokerage merged with Ash Brokerage where he was the Sr. Brokerage Director for eight years. After leaving Ash he decided to reopen his firm as Lovett Financial, Inc. recognizing the importance of life brokerage.

Bob began his career in the insurance industry at Lincoln National Life’s home office in 2000. He began with an entry level position and was quickly promoted to the Choice Plus variable annuity call center where he obtained his FINRA series 6. He then joined Ash Brokerage and was an integral part of building their fixed and indexed annuity and disability department. He helped take their fixed annuity department from 50MM to 300MM during his 6 years there. During his time at Ash he developed many key relationships.
